Josh Wand is a serial entrepreneur who has built businesses around helping people. A natural people connector, his entrepreneurial journey began in 2007 when he founded what would become ForceBrands, a specialized, strategic recruiting firm for the consumer brand universe. With the understanding that the success of all companies is dependent upon the people who power them, Josh launched a first-of-its-kind beverage-specific hiring company, BevForce, that offers executive search services, board of director assembly, and a digital job board. Today, ForceBrands offers hiring services committed to building brands across beverage, food, beauty, cannabis, and pet care.

In 2016, Josh founded PINATA is an experiential marketing platform transforming the way brands create and measure activations. Through this custom technology, PINATA provides brands with the tools and insights they need for growth. Since its launch, PINATA and its growing team of 10 have connected thousands of brands, agencies, and freelance ambassadors across the country.
